There's a petition that is requesting that puppies in training be given the same access as working service dogs. As a puppy raiser I can't even begin to explain how helpful this would be! Especially at work...at least for me. Thinking about this logically--these dogs need to behave appropriately in any situation. How can we train them to do this if they aren't allowed access to some places??
